Alreet Mick,

Thought the Pistols were totally awesome. Got to be up there with the best gigs ever. Rotten was majestic…..and I thought the sound was amazing (better than I expected). Looked to me like Cook was in charge – he seemed to be dictating things.

We had a great day generally….13 of us left The Sportsmans at 2pm – had far too many snakebites on the way down, followed by a few more in manchester, followed by £4 bottles of lager inside the arena.

Our seats in block 113 didn’t seem too bad, but we were determined to get on the floor so ended up overpowering security…….after a serge from the back we were in!!!!!

We ended up 2 people from the front for Pretty Vacant and stayed there all night....... How old????

More lager on the return and home for 3am……..

…….It’s taken me 4 days to get over it…I was black & blue all over.
Paid £20 for a Holidays in The Sun t-shirt (ever get the feeling you’ve been cheated). Couldn’t resist as I used to have one when I was 14.

Punk rock at its best……..waited 30 years to see them……well worth waiting for!!

Can’t make O’niells tomora night…hope to catch up with you in December.
